Shipping policy

 

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placement (Monday through Friday). Tracking details will be sent to your registered email. After shipping, please allow 2-10 days for delivery, with times varying based on your location and postal code.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If your order is not delivered due to incorrect information or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our shipping facility. We will contact you once we receive the undelivered package. For pre-paid orders, you will have the option to either have the package re-shipped or receive store credit. Please note that store credit is valid for 50 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
