Refund policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, you may request an exchange within 24-48 hours of the delivery date.

-Exchanges are permitted only in cases of size issues. The process includes a quality check by our team, and we reserve the right to deny the request if the product is used, damaged, or missing tags.
-Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered store credit or a product exchange. Store credit is valid for 50 days.
-Exchange charges are ₹200. Since we do not have our own delivery service and rely on third-party delivery partners, we incur fees for both reverse pickup from your location and the delivery of the new product. To simplify, we ask our customers to cover only the cost of one-way charges.
-The exchanged product will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item. The entire process typically takes about 7-10 days.
-If the return pickup cannot be serviced in your area pin-code, we will inform you and request that you send the item via your local courier service. In this case, you will not incur any charges for the exchange process.
-Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have received a damaged product, we apologize for the same. We are more than willing to help you out. Please click a picture of the product and DM us at @smuck.co.in within 2 days of delivery.
